3. Eligibility

To use TeeEvo, you must:

  • Be at least 12 years old. Children shoud proceed with parental/guardian consent and guidance.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Services Offered

TeeEvo provides a platform for:

  • Creating custom T-shirt designs.
  • Collaborating with designers, sellers, manufacturers, and buyers.
  • Leveraging tools like AI T-shirt Designer and print-on-demand services.
  • Leveraging powerful tools like custom QR codes, quick & easy mass design creation, and bulk printing.
  • Participating in marketplace activities, such as selling or buying Designs, Custom T-shirts and Readymades.

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting designs or content to TeeEvo, you confirm that:

  • You own and monetize the content you create and retain the necessary rights, but you grant TeeEvo and other users the right to use, display, and share it on various platforms.
  • The content does not contain explicit or offensive material, including nudity, violence, hate speech, or any form of harmful or disturbing content.
  • The content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • TeeEvo has the right to use, display, promote, or remove your content for the platform's purposes.

6. Exclusive Benefits and Invitations

Sign up during our prelaunch phase and unlock exclusive perks like early designer/seller spotlights and VIP access to premium features post-launch. Plus, invite three or more friends to earn a 33% or more discount on your first T-shirt order. It’s a win-win!

7. Payment and Pricing

All payments for TeeEvo products or services are secure and final. Currently we do not support return policy. Pricing is subject to change based on demand, platform updates, and promotions. Discounts and rewards are applied at the discretion of TeeEvo.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

TeeEvo owns all rights to its branding, platform design, and proprietary features. You retain ownership of your original designs but grant TeeEvo an exclusive license to display and promote them on the platform.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use TeeEvo for unlawful purposes.
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
  • Violate the rights of other users or third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

TeeEvo will not be held responsible for any damages arising from platform errors, interruptions, or unauthorized access to user accounts.

11. Amendments and Updates

TeeEvo may update these Terms of Service at any point of time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of TeeEvo implies acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

Users found not in compliance with these terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, violating intellectual property rights, harassing others, or abusing the platform in any manner may have their accounts suspended or terminated at any given time, without prior notice. TeeEvo reserves the right to take such actions for any violation or misuse of the platform, ensuring a safe and respectful community for all.
